"una cena come in famiglia gestiamo solo alcune volte da trascorrere in questo ristorante, molto curato negli arredi, ideale per il lavoro e le famiglie, speciali nei menu proposti che, seguendo la stagionalità, offrono sempre piatti di successo e accompagnati da vini di grande qualità. la cucina rispetta la tradizione bresciana. ottimo manzo con olio e fiorentino. deliziosi antipasti affettati con polenta e lardo, e il primo con leppre ragù. dolci spettacolari, soprattutto torta di mele, appena caldi, serviti con gelato al gelato. vini. tra i migliori della zona e non. veramente consigliato, il luogo ideale per rilassarsi come in famiglia e fare una grande figura con gli ospiti."

"Ristorante molto carino poco fuori Brescia. Il locale non è facilmente visibile: si trova all 'interno di una bella piazzetta che in qualche modo ricorda la Corte di un grande cascinale, non troverete la scritta, quindi prestate attenzione alle vetrine. Il locale è pulito, ordinato, arredato in modo semplice, ma sobriamente elegante. Il menù è originale e i piatti vengono presentati in modo 'pulito ', rispecchiando locale nel quale siete seduti. Tutto viene preparato al momento, compresi i dolci. Bella sorpresa l 'offerta di funghi porcini freschi, proposti fuori menù, sia crudi sulla tartare di carne, che con le tagliatelle fresche e i bocconcini di manzo. Molto carino da parte del proprietario offrire un assaggio di porcini fritti, buonissimi e freschissimo peraltro. Uno spunto di miglioramento riguarda la ragazza addetta al servizio in sala, che manca un po ' di esperienza e si vede. Per esempio Quando servendo la birra con la cartina servivino le è stato detto da un mio collega (esperto degustatore di birra) che servendo la così non faceva schiuma e questo non garantiva di gustare al meglio la birra, lei si è limitata a dire 'a me hanno detto di fare così e ha continuato a versare e poi se n 'è andata. Il suo servizio in genere è risultato un po ' freddo e impersonale, comunque a parte lei il proprietario era molto gentile. Un altro piccolo neo è stato il calice di vino: per me un calice di vino è di solito metà/tre quarti di un calice e non poco più del fondo. Comunque a parte questo il locale è assolutamente consigliato e i prezzi assolutamente adeguati alla qualità del cibo offerto."

"Pleasant surprise! Who could imagine that in a birroteca-pastrameria there were solutions for vegetarians and celiacs? The availability and kindness of the owner, the care in alternative proposals highlight the passion and willingness to share for good food and good drinking!! 3 craft beers gluten-free, bread s/g packaged but warmed up to make it more attractive (what not everyone does and that once again highlights the care towards the customer with food needs other ... and tasty lunch assured!!
