"In the castles of the Touraine region, we stopped for lunch in this restaurant (more adults and children of -10 years old). We were looking for a place with a good value for money and we were pleasantly surprised! In fact outside the front is simple, but the interior is spacious and well arranged. "This restaurant is held by a exclusively female team, service, bar and kitchen. The place is extremely clean and the warm atmosphere. Excellent family cuisine is offered only at noon with at least two choices of entry and dishes followed by a beautiful cheese tray and a wide choice of delicious homemade desserts. It's impossible to go back on his hunger, or even finish all the dishes presented so they're hearty. The rates are very, very sweet and the restaurant is complete every day of the week. "Typical french main road 'truckers ' stop. Husband had the formule at €14, which comprised of a buffet starter, main course, cheese, dessert, coffee and a 1/4 of wine. Choice of 4 mains and desserts, with a handsome selection of cheese. I ordered from the main menu and had filet of Rouget which came with a lovely sauce, a side of salad and frite. Decent food and excellent value. Plenty of locals there, not a typical tourist spot, but highly recommended for unpretentious food."
