still an excellent day spent at the ch'ti alsace for my 40 years and the 1 year of my daughter always a very good atmosphere an exemplary service for my 35 guests thanks again and soon

came to this address by chance and saw the name of the north. I was arguably surprised by this restaurant ch'ti et alsacien . of very good rich and tasty dishes , will come back to her next holiday .

before the tv: nice welcome, but you took one kilo at each bite (nothing about the copious salads) and if you were in the room, you came out by smelling the graillon after the tv: ben it's worse ptet even sorry, people are nice but there must stop Ver carta

weeks to wait to taste this sauerkraut and frankly the wait was worth it. We feel that the team is eager to satisfy you, and the concept of offering a mix of Alsatian and Ch'ti cuisine is respected. We will also recommend the welsh, served with homemade fries and let's give an interesting card because not too provided. We'll be back!

As every year during the holidays we make a stop there. very good makeover for the restaurant for the patrons we never change anything ever very pleasant.the card changed a little with new flavors and as usual we have once more regaled. for desserts melting extra chocolate, tatin pie a feast and the more the new ice cream card.que flavors! Bravo to the cook next year.

for this festive meal of the fathers, foie gras and fig jam in the entrance: beautiful thick slice of very good foie gras, excellent carbonnade in its juice with spice bread with homemade pasta by the cook! dessert, new ice cream card with incredible perfumes! well served aperitif, rosé and red pichetes, digestive offered by the boss as usual! the bosses are very welcoming but we also exchange with other customers as each time: a chti atmosphere! Let's stop saying that the tv changed the behavior of this restaurant is false and I invite the critics to put a photo of their dish to prove their passage); new meal with friends last night and the history of the chti alsace is well present. While portions may be reduced but it is selfish to be angry with them on the new portions since usually large portions impact financially and significantly the income of a restaurant...In the end a reduced map, revisited dishes and a super good carbonnade, thank the chefs ;)

I've been eating there once a year for over 15 years, first time I'm disappointed. the much less complete map and the much less charged plate for a similar price. 18€ the 50cl of wine drawn at the cubi, 7€ the whipped gauffre. 3€ the ball of artisanal but not home ice; It's more expensive than on the seaside. I didn't know that chief and chief was gone. He's not just good. The terrace was more user-friendly by before, now we really feel like dinner on the parking lot. Too bad, it was a must-see address, which falls into any one!

For 4 years we know the chti'alsace and it's always a pleasure to go there for conviviality and delicious concocted dishes!
