Very slow service. We ordered dishes that weren't served. We also ordered salmon and we recieved tuna. The waiter argued that it was salmon and then the manager said that the salmon was finished and he decided to change to tuna. Only one waiter speaks a bit of English. They changed the bill 2 times because of mistakes.

DISASTER! Very slow service and staff super unpolite. We waited more than 1 hour for the food to arrive and It was very cold. We tried to get the staff attention but no one cared. The boss was very arrogant and when we asked for the bill he didn't apologise at all,75 euro for two starters and two cold pastas. Very unprofessional, this is not the way to treat customers. Low quality of service and food. PLEASE stay away!

I was there at the end of August with Venetian friends who love good fish. I must say that I found a very careful and attentive environment, with a fast service from all the staff. very good and tasty dishes, we chose the round of appetizers and stuffed ravioli and I must say that we were pleasantly satisfied. excellent wine list that offers a selection of very interesting Sicilian wines. I don't give stars just for the portions of the dishes I have to admit is slightly poor. And now my report. wine service I really feel like recommending it.

Awful experience as a friendly tourist couple yesterday. The owner tried to rip us off, became aggressive and actually ripped up our receipt and threw it after being caught over charging us. We only stayed for one drink each and the bill was 46 Euros, for two rum shots and one coke. When I questioned the owner came over and explained that 10 Euros was a service charge! They charged us for a coke we didn’t have, and charged us for a rum brand we didn’t order (the most expensive kind). I politely explained that I would not be charged 10 euros for service on a 45 euro bill, they over charged us for drinks we didn’t have, and that I did not order their most expensive rum. The owner became aggres... Ver carta
