"me and my partner recently placed an order with yourselves, there wasn 't a lot to remember. one of our dishes was wrong and we was given something we have never had or ordered before, let alone what it was called. we also didn 't receive our rice, so two things missing. when we rang Tandoori, we told them our problem. the man on the phone persisted to tell us that we had ordered that dish and that we were wrong when he was false, we had not ordered the dish we got. He then said he could send out a rice which we thought that wasn 't good enough as we had two dishes missing. we wanted our dishes or our money back basically. the man was loud over the phone, rude, argumentative and was addiment we was wrong. Little note, 'customer is always right '. My partner then bagged the food up and gave it back as we no longer wanted to eat their food as there was a meal missing and we were annoyed they took our money and gave us the wrong food and did not want to give us our money back or rectify the issue by giving us the right food we ordered. It then took a a while in the shop to get my money back as the man again was being very rude and argumentative. after then he saw sense and realised 'if I can forget the rice then maybe I could of forgot the order ' and got my money back. we were loyal customers for a long time with Tandoori but today we forever say goodbye."

"this is a mixed review, bills is located in a beautiful shopping area with magnificent view over the sea. very modern and stylish, but extremely busy and in. you could hear your next tables the whole conversation if you wanted it to be a whole place. eating is nice, but very expensive, we had to wait a long time for eating and drinking, but when they came they were beautiful. the staff was very courteous and friendly, restaurant was immaculate, tables very clean, toilets one of two was clean, but I think that is not the staff mistakes. wheelchair friendly, not sure about children's cars, as nowhere to put them in the house. I would go back, yes, but maybe they try another day that finger crossed not so busy."

"we have booked a birthday meal for my mother. the environment was warm and welcoming and the staff was friendly. we ordered a fillet steak, rarely cooked, a lasagne, a gammon and a scampi. the gammon and sampi were both good, but the...Steak was well done and the drowned cold. the lasagne looked as if he was overcooked, not much flesh in it and was hard to cut. this was passed on to the waitress who seemed a little unpleasant to say, but did not provide any remedy for the situation. the 4 meal times with 2 drinks (two others were paid before the register card was set up) came just under £60, which the food was all in order, would have been reasonable. unfortunately we will not revise here to eat again."

"Yesterday, we had dinner at Bengal Spice for the first time since it changed its name. I first tried their curry over forty years ago, and used to dine here at least once every two weeks. We received a flyer in the mail, which I usually don't read, but this time the menu caught my attention. One dish that stood out was the goat. We decided to go for the banquet night special, which included Poppadum's and a drink, and started with the railway chilli fry - I had chicken and my partner had paneer, both dishes were delicious and reminded us of Indo-Chinese cuisine we had elsewhere. For our main course, we had roshuni modhu, goat haandi, taka dahl, Bombay aloo, and Peshwari naan. The goat was fantastic, with a great flavor and tender texture. The banquet night was popular as the restaurant was bustling with customers. The staff was excellent, and the meal was great value for money."

"Ordering on New Year’s Eve is always going to warrant a delay and I fully expected a long wait so when the expected hour and a half wait was given happy days! No problem with that! That hour and a half went by followed by a further half hour. No contact from the restaurant and they took their phones off the hook for over an hour! So couldn’t get in touch with them. I ring them up after two and a half hours of waiting an hour over the expected time. The lads speaks to someone who I’m guessing is in charge ‘another 25 minutes’ so therefore expected arrival 3 hours after order with the lad on the phone claiming ‘some of your food is done it’s on the receipt’ that twenty five minutes goes by! Still no curry! A further twenty minutes goes by, bloke knocks on the door ‘did you ring about the delay’! Not sorry for that I will give you a discount code or anything like that! Simply did you ring!!!! ‘I will remember you and give you something next time’ Open the box curry’s Luke warm and missing items from the order! Heated the starters and curries and they were actually very nice! And for the first time of ordering from them we enjoyed the meal but massive question marks over service when let’s be honest they are not the cheapest around! I am awaiting response on their social media channels on my complaints."
