"Last night I decided to celebrate my birthday with the family at Mastro Giorgio's Fraschetta. I must say that the dishes were perfectly balanced, without any flaw. I have rarely been able to taste a cacio e pepe like this, almost perfect but also the amatriciana with the perfectly crunchy bacon. Very good meat and excellent cellar. The gem of artisanal bitters at the end of the meal is much appreciated. Very fast services and attentive to customer needs. I am very satisfied."

A very nice and welcoming place. The service was courteous and prepared. The food offering is excellent, with very sophisticated starters. My friends and I had a FABULOUS lunch here. The server recommended some of the best red wine I have ever had. I know you can get pasta anywhere in Rome but this was some of the best pasta I have had in Italy. The whole afternoon spent here was perfect. You should absolutely stop in here for a meal!
