"We stopped at this restaurant to have a good meal before a 9 hour drive. The waitress who served us was strangely passive aggressive for customers asking for tables. She pushed a little girl waiting in front of the toilet room because she was in her way... We ordered our food: frits were cold, burgers tasted bad and there was no spices. I asked a waitress on the check and she said she'd bring him. I waited for a while, then I went to the counter to say that I had to pay and go because I had a long ride. Here's when hell is going. The waitress who served us began to tell me that I should wait because I am on vacation and that she is busy. I answered that I just wanted to pay and go, and she started screaming to close in French, which I don't understand, because I don't speak it, but my wife who is French does. A man came from the back of the restaurant. I asked if he could help me pay my check, but instead he told me bluntly, "Shut your f ing mouth" and said I'll call the police on you. Also he said go back to your f ing land while he pretended to hit me when I don't stop talking. So we ignored him and talked to the waitress and she finally got to pay my card after she threatened to pick up the owner of the restaurant to hurry when ALL WE WANTED TO DO WAS PAY AND LEAVE. Once I paid, she got a BUNCH from STRAWS, and she reminded me of my lady and blessed me in FRENCH. I warn anyone who wants to go that you would face rude and racist waitress who would rather put up a fight instead of allowing you to pay for your food, and bad food."

Very relaxing and easy going place to sit in the sun and just enjoy the surroundings. We both had moules and frites which came out within 10 minutes and were very tasty and fresh. A couple of glasses of cheap plonk and we were very...happy. The service was easy going and again relaxed. Cheap and decent value for money.

In September, we offered a dinner at La déonce to two of our friends on holiday in Cassis. We had a little randomly chosen by looking at sites here and there. Review : they have returned CHILDREN of their meal, combined with your welcome, sympathy and succulent dishes. Thank you so much for them!
