Very good time in this restaurant. The meats, are very good, the service to the top. Only small flat the fries. The fries are made home, I think the potato used is not made to make fries. Because she's very dry. I really recommend this restaurant, especially for people who enjoy the right meat.

Was great! If you are in the area you should definitely stop by. Prices, like everywhere else in France, are a bit higher. Overall, the quality of the food was simply convincing. The waiter serves 10 tables and grills the steaks/sets up the plates at the same time. Incredible. Respect for the performance

Very good grill restaurant in the heart of Carcassonne Very good meat cut and weighed in front of you... It's appreciable and original... Very tasty starter, pleasant service, original decor... Together which is worth the detour... We will come back with the loyalty card.. Once again not disappointed, very good and very original....

Nice restaurant, A disappointment first small cold shower compared to the rate announced on the net 9€/the 100gr the entrecôte on site we go to 11,50€/the 100gr finally nothing is up to date!!! I took the cassoulet and I think it changed from supplier house stunt) really not good drop it!!! Too bad because the frame is nice there's a good time we won't come back.

After several evenings spent in this restaurant, I'm getting started. We love to go for the charming atmosphere and decor of the old. You'll see that it's a very good taste experience. The enter foie gras is divinced the red meat with wood fire a pure feast and cooked as requested. The various accompaniments are succulent and one can choose according to are the desire of the day (free dauphinois, tartiflette, potato in the oven and otherwise fries). The desserts are just too good. The service is neither too fast nor too slow we can enjoy the quiet evening with the warmth of the oven that is pleasant. I recommend

A restaurant full of promises. However, a few failures. Less: A long wait. I've already eaten ribs with better value/price ratios. Table of 7, the dishes arrived in lagoons and warm. The most: the map is appealing warm and friendly atmosphere, joyful and dynamic team. The choice and cutting of meat live in front of the customer and more than pleasant and gives the water to the mouth. In conclusion a restaurant full of promise, which at first gives desire, however careful not to get lost in the trench and the bait of gain at the expense of quality and service. To try to give their chance to memorize but must persevere in quality.
