Cena con la squadra di Basket di Bertinoro. Eccellente il tagliere di affettati, formaggi e radicchi alla pancetta. Ottimi i tre primi : tortelli di patate allo scalogna, strozzapreti panna e speck e tagliatelle al ragù. Per dolce ho chiesto una zuppa inglese con cui si sono superati.

first time, we loved it both for the courtesy of staff and for the quality of food. the menu seemed to us able to please different goats. the location is very interesting and overlooks the plain paper in front. Too bad for the day, with a beautiful sun we would have had a fantastic view.

with a group of friends (congress) we had dinner at the bertinoro cave. I am pleased to say that the welcome has been courteous and I believe that the first impact is essential. a couple of gentle managers assisted by a fully in tune collaborator have hosted us for a convivivivio that was very pleasant. the feast began with a tortine of spinach sprinkled with liquid cheese, delicate and pleasant. first and second completed the banquet. a pleasant evening in a spacious and well furnished room. in Romagna you eat well and at the cave very well.
