"Great discovery. The concept, with a dish menu cheese dessert at really accessible prices that make that for once you take everything, is great. This card allows both of the choice while not being provided too much. Which allows them to do everything home (in any case it seems to me to see the quality of what I ate. The restaurant is very cool, with a well-worked atmosphere, a little retro, welcoming and warm. The service is very well done, by energetic and friendly servers, who can come at the right time, properly take care of us. Just sit down and have a map in hand and a water carafe on the table! The dishes for their part are simple, but well executed and very qualitative. The card allows us to make a meal with all parties at a reasonable price. I started with hard eggs with mayonnaise. The eggs were just fine, not too cooked to not have a yellow too friable, and the mayonnaise house very good too. The Lyon sausage then, accompanied by homemade fries too and very well cooked, was very good in its sauce. Just the time to eat the half St Marcelin with bread that we arrive at the pielette in the Pralines, very well balanced and pleasant too. A very good meal, well complete, for about 25€. That's why I warmly recommend, if you're in the old Lyon, to go to Bouillon Maurice, a very good address, to eat very well... at a very good price!"

a real convivial place with a simple but excellent Lyon cuisine from the vermicin mud to the beef coast, passing through the mayo egg and bone marrow, not to mention the baba desserts to the rum, the praline pie, ... and the cheese.

We came back by chance with our daughter. Effective and fast, friendly, with short word.... Careful, seeing a sketch of grimace on my daughter’s face, without any request from us, they made the dish without sauce so that it would be in his taste. To sum up, I really appreciate the attention.
