A nice small family restaurant. Very kind owner who will ask your group if anyone has any allergies or if you eat vegetarian or vegan. You should understand/speak some italian. Tasty food.

Excellent food! Fresh ingredients and original dishes. The owner is super friendly and clearly knows and masters food preparation. Despite our zero knowledge of Italian and his lack of English we managed to communicate and were very happy with everything that we ate. 5 stelle più che meritate! Si mangia come dalla nonna, piatti pieni e davvero buoni. Piatti curati e seguiti in ogni preparazione, dal ragù che ha cucinato per due giorni alla torta servita calda. Il proprietario è fantastico consiglia e ti segue, lascia la calma di mangiare ma interagisce anche con il cliente facendoti sentire a casa. Da aggiungere che i cani sono ben accolti con ciotola dell acqua fresca portata subito appena seduti. Fantastico.

Visited this place based on good reviews. The starter was very good, but the mains weren't up to scratch in comparison. Service was polite albeit difficult to communicate as our Italian is poor and their English is non-existent. A large group of locals turned up whilst we were there and the service turned attention to them...we sat for over 30 mins after completing our mains before we decided to ask for the bill and leave. Friendly people there but just a shame about the quality of the mains and the distraction on the service

Abbiamo scelto La Nicchia attirati dalle recensioni positive e ora posso dire che è stata una splendida scoperta. Uno dei ristoranti migliori in cui abbiamo mangiato. Un’ottima esperienza a 360°. Sebastiano con la sua simpatia, la sua esperienza e la sua conoscenza, ti fa vivere una serata come pochi sanno fare. Vi delizierà con ottimi prodotti a km zero, freschi e buonissimi in un ambiente che ti fa sentire a casa. Ci saremmo tornati anche questa sera per assaggiare altre delizie, ma per un imprevisto non possiamo. Lo consigliamo vivamente! Ci torneremo sicuramente appena possibile! Ho solo bellissime parole per questo posto! Ambiente intimo, tranquillo... lo definirei magico. Il cibo è di alta qualità, unico nel suo genere, fanno ricette davvero particolari che non si trovano da altre parti ma soprattutto si vede che dietro ci sono persone competenti che amano il loro mestiere. I prezzi sono onesti, considerando le porzioni abbondanti con prodotti di qualità non si spende tanto. Questo non è un ristorante comune, se ci entri te ne innamori Il Proprietario è disponibile, gentilissimo e tratta i clienti come se fossero parenti, questa è una cosa veramente stupenda. Potessi dare 10 stelle lo farei senza batter ciglio

Un posto che ho adorato stilisticamente dal primo scalino all 'ingresso. Un giusto mix tra rustico e ricercato, con un pizzico di originalità, che rende piacevoli, accoglienti ed interessanti questi spazi ed angoli ristretti, che, come suggerisce il nome, danno proprio l 'impressione di una 'nicchia ' ben curata, in cui rifugiarsi per coccolarsi un po ', viziandosi con pietanze prelibate. Dopo esservi accomodati ad un tavolo fornito di acqua clorofilllata (semplicemente contenuta in una bottiglia con qualche foglia di menta o basilico, che le conferisce una grande freschezza senza variare di molto il sapore , vi verrà illustrato il menù con maestria e teatralità dal gestore del locale; sugge...

Fantastic Place with beautiful views and interior. Absolutely glad we decided to stop here for a quick lunch. FOOD: Nothing to pick on. We ordered ragu pasta and meat&cheese tray, and we left nothing on the plate. Ragu pasta was the best we had in Veneto. It was full of meat flavor, and right mixture spice. The chef sprinkled some dried flower for added flavor and visual. Salami and prosciutto were excellent but I was knocked out by the smoked cheese and veggie salad. They perfectly complimented the meat selection. They are must try. Well deserved 4.5 stars. PRICE: Price is absolutely fine for the quality. I would comeback and pay again.
