for our stay on the bet we made a small stopover in this patisserie. prices are correct compared to other houses such as hermet (unreasonable price out of macaron.) we have taken the lemon pie and hazel every 2 sublime, but the pecan pie good texture but without caramel, without sugar, not at the same level. lemon pie with fine, light original presentation. the flavor of the lemon is there without letting yourself dominate in the mouth by an excessive sugar device! It's twice that we came to bet and bought cakes in the C.Lignac pastries and twice that we're disappointed. everything is beautiful, everything makes you want, the choice is difficult but we choose: lemon pie, equinox and peas vanilla pie. tasting is up, no taste! the equinox turns out to be soft, without flavor, barely a buffalo hair to spit. the vanilla pie of the nut has no taste butter in the cookie.
