At 18:40 had ordered two pizzas, now it is 21:10 and then still cold. And all very bad.. never again

Calzone too liquid and mushy, prices are exploded and not deposited on the internet. Not recommended. Ver carta

eating was very tasty and the delivery was quicker than thought. delivery was very friendly despite quarantine.

Food was very bad. Never again. Drivers too much money we take. Sadly on the phone we have been doofed..No thanks never again

We have recently ordered for 6 people food, they were very friendly on the phone, everything came completely. Even the pommes were crispy and not soft from the styoporbox. Everything tasted very delicious. On the pizza even fresh mushrooms and the herb salad were made self-made. We have approx. 1h but waited at 6 people to the evening, where all order I find this all right! We order here again! Ver carta

After 2 years we ordered something again. Cheeseburger almost tasteless, small portion, pommes completely soft and lazy.Pizza with Gyros, also tastes weak and after greasy cheese. Whether olive, meat, onions tastes only for fat.Pizza extremely sharp, tingers a bit on the tongue, nothing sharp and retasteless or just for fat.We ask ourselves to lock at la perla so that we do not order again.Maybe it is now so standard when you order out of the house. We say no thanks!

Unfortunately, our last order was a great disappointment. On Saturday we ordered 4 pizzas and mozzarella sticks and 1 burger at 18.05. I was only told in the phone call for 30 minutes. Okay no problem I thought, gastronomy is overloaded everywhere.In the phone call, the question whether a replacement item can be delivered. There's nothing to see at 8:00. When you call, I'll be right there. Driver right there. After repeated call and complaint with please call back today, nothing is heard. Very bad, complaint management is part of this.

Now to the But:We have ordered over the app from La Perla, indicated time was 60 minutes and it took almost 2 hours until the food came.JETZT the hammer: according to the app we should pay just 36€ and when the poor delivery boy was there he put a boon with over 40€, where the prices were simply changed with ballpoint pens. I said, of course, that I will only pay €36. Then he called to the good lady, who then told me that the prices would have increased and we must pay the over 40€.
