Cozy place, excellent food, very nice stuff. Very nice clean restaurant, we had steak and fish, both very tasty, a good red wine. The restaurant was empty despite the fact it was Saturday night. Very strange, it seems unknown, but we had one of the best dinners!

Ik at hier op onze derde dag rome. Voedsel was echt goed, we hadden allebei vleesgerechten en was perfect als beschreven op de kaart. Kevin was onze dienares en sprak super goede engelen en ging naar de meesten om ons een goede nacht te geven. Vijf sterren voor de provincie.

Every bite was a burst of unique spices and textures, from soups to pastas to fish to wine! It was all 5-star, including Kevin the waiter who managed the room full of customers as if everyone deserved his full attention. We will return before we leave the city!

The food and service were great. It's a casual place and we went on a Friday night with no reservations. They greeted us warmly and guided us to a cozy table. There were a few larger groups of Italians but not overcrowded. The soup with beans and the homemade pastas were just what we needed on a cold rainy night in Rome. I would definitely go back if in the neighborhood again.

Oggi a pranzo siamo stati in questo piccolo ma accogliente ristorante. Il posto è centrale comodissimo per dedicarsi allo shopping, il locale accogliente, il menù ottimo è vario, grande varietà sia di antipasti che di primi che di secondi, noi abbiamo scelto spaghetti alle vongole eccezionali e pasta alla carbonara delicatissima, abbiamo concluso con un tortino al cioccolato e torta ricotta e pere veramente eccezionali. Ristorante pulito, accogliente, ottimi piatti e ottime scelte.

What a wonderful find this restaurant was. A small family run business. They seem to have one aim in mind and that is to make sure you have a great dining experience. Run by a small team this is not the place if you are in a rush, but if you want quality food and very reasonable prices this is the place to go. We dined as a group of 8 and everyone had a wonderful time. The restaurant was clean and elegantly decorated. The selection of wine was limited, but it wasn’t a problem as everything we tried was outstanding and modestly priced. The food was authentic Roman cuisine using seasonal produce. Just locating beside my booked hotel, I choosed this restaurant to avoid big distance walking in the November rain We just arrived 1-2 minutes before opening time 19:00, but it was no problem, we received our table. The waiter was highly motivated, needs some years on routine, anyway smiling and politely served. We were staying at the Hotel Mellini which is in the same street as this restaurant (Via Muzio Clementi on the left bank of the Tiber-about 20 minutes walk from the much more touristy centre of Rome . After our first day in the city, which was spent walking around the Colisseum and other such classical sites of interest, we returned to our hotel to shower before setting out again to eat at this restaurant.
