"A restaurant not to sniff based on the first impressions. If the restaurant appears empty at the front, guests sit in the back part of the restaurant, in the cozy vaulted cellar. The host is very attentive and also open to Anglophone customers. However, the map is only available in French. We shared a tray for two, with some dips and a collection of meat dishes. The price of the tray is a little higher, but the taste is reasonable. (Original view) Ein Restaurant, welches man nicht aufgrund dem ersten Eindruck abhacken sollte. Wenn das Restaurant vorne leer erscheint, sitzen die Gäste im hinteren Teil des Restaurants, im gemütlichen Gewölbekeller. Der Gastgeber ist sehr aufmerksam und auch für englisch sprechende Gäste offen. Die Karte gibt es jedoch nur auf französisch. Wir haben uns eine Platte zu zweit geteilt, mit einigen Dips und einer Kollektion an Fleischgerichten. Der Preis für die Platte ist etwas höher, geschmacklich aber angemessen."

"La nouvelle déco donne envie de s'y poser pour un gouter, la dame à la caisse était tellement gentille!! (ça devient rare) et les gouters... on pourra pas dire qu'il n'y a pas de choix. Une formule gouter rapport qualité prix excellent , la gentille dame nous a proposé en plus la carte de fidelité :)Perso j'ai pris une brioche au Nutella, c'est trés bon, avec beaucoup de Nutella :)Juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de toilettes dans le salon de thé..."

"Troisième fois que nous allons manger dans la maison dans le parc et nous ne sommes jamais déçus, bien au contraire, le restaurant semble progresser encore et toujours. Le service est d'une qualité irréprochable, serveurs très polis, très ponctuels. Côté cuisine, le menu du midi présente un très bon rapport qualité/prix avec des plats raffinés aux multiples saveurs. La terrasse est un gros plus avec une belle vue sur le parc. Les lampes chauffantes ne sont pas de trop et permettent de passer un moment très agréable à l'extérieur. Un beau coup de coeur sur Nancy."

"Rémi was our catererer at my wedding on 11 August 2018. It is very dynamic, smiling and applied in its work. At the first meeting, we heard very quickly. This led us to have a special menu mixing European and Asian dishes. For the tasting, we had only good surprises. First with the wines (white and red) offered by the Paganis, they are very sweet. We chose them for our wedding. Then the entrance was a "laqué" Cabillaud with its Vietnamese vegetable soup, perfect to awaken your taste buds. A real pleasure. Then the classic sponsor with his mirabelle. The dish was a Tataki-style beef with reduced Nuoc-mâm juice, a crushed potato and its Mille-feuille of solar vegetables. Meat melts in the mouth. It was delicious. A little too salty for tasting, it was corrected during the wedding. Gourmet guests asked for rage. For dessert, we didn't want assembled parts. The pastry came with such an exquisite dessert that we took for our event. It was a summer field served on the plate. Nothing could describe the explosion of the flavors of this dish, it must be tasted. A perfect final touch for this meal. The guests were conquered. And it wasn't a thin case because they're demanding. In short, a marriage succeeds thanks to this divine meal. Thanks to Rémi, the patisserie and his team."

"An excellent evening in every way. After worrying about the lack of contact with the former manager and the lack of response to our emails, we were able to meet his replacement. What can I say briefly? Madame Saoudi is a very personable, gentle and very professional person, who made sure one week before our wedding to restore our confidence and validate with us what had not been done in 8 months. . We were able to leave our decoration the day before which was arranged with great care for the big day, perfectly respecting our requests. A TOP team. a very pleasant and accommodating butler. Servers who took great care of us. We had medical constraints and certain dietary preferences to respect which the team was able to take into account perfectly and we thank them very much for that. We consider ourselves lucky to have been able to celebrate our wedding this June 8 under the management of Mrs. Saoudi. A big thank you to her and her team. All our guests, including us, were won over by the place, the service and the menu!"
