"This is the third time we're going and we've been disappointed. warm welcome! during the meal, concerning the main dish, no bread. So it was necessary to taste without! When we booked, it was asked whether a particular occasion was planned? answer yes, but noys did not see anything coming to dessert, not even a little candle discreetly placed on dessert! and to crown it all, cooking makes the tour of some tables, and for others not. an absolute lack of receiving. We're not ready to go back."

happy agreement in the finesse of the dishes, a little fair, visit the chef purely for the form without being interested in the customers.

Very nice discovery! It is in a typical lyon setting that we were able to taste the gastronomic and subtle agreements of the anthony baud chef. The latter welcomed us and then we were accompanied throughout the dinner by a team of small care. I highly recommend! Thank you.

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there. We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious. For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable. One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
