lucky we found a table without reservation! a small restaurant but an original cuisine thanks to the relatively rich blown still. a bistro atmosphere, a friendly welcome.

A small restaurant specialising in souffles, savoury and sweet, as well as galettes and crepes. Welcoming staff; good selection of dishes; draught cider to accompany the meal. What more could you ask for?

in weekend in angers we chose this restaurant for two reasons: the original concept and the positive reviews on tripadvisor. and we were not disappointed, a feast from beginning to end, blown...to fall!!!!

The blown are no longer fashionable so come and rediscover them in all their forms here. from the choice of original blown. Sweets are to fall. Very little waiting. Attention the we reserve. a little expensive though.

One return after three years. The bellows are less copied than before but it is very good because it was difficult to take or finish the second (dessert). reception and quality are always at the rendezvous. the room is small and we are one can on each other.

blown as a basis for a restaurant: here's something that keeps your attention when you're looking for a restaurant!selled declines (e.g. perigourdin blown) and sweet (e.g. raspberry pistachio and small salted caramel butter, a real delight). The welcome is more pleasant, I've had a good time!
