"Ci sono tornato dopo 4 anni, la qualità del cibo è sempre eccellente, il servizio cordiale e premuroso, il locale tipico e accattivante. Due novità mi hanno colpito: 1) la possibilità di prenotare la struttura esterna piccola confortevole e carina, dove 6 commensali possono sedersi e cuocere varie pietanze alla brace e godersi la massima intimità. 2) nel bagno delle signore (e riporto la notizia da parte di mia moglie) è messo a disposizione all'interno di un piccolo mobile, pannolini, salviette umidificate e crema per i neonati oltre logicamente ad un fasciatoio. Ma la cosa che più ha colpito mia moglie erano disponibili pannolini sia esterni che interni a disposizione delle signore. Voglio veramente fare un plauso per questo servizio, pur non avevendone necessità. Sono le piccole attenzioni a rendere grandi certi luoghi. Parking: Parcheggio ampio e ben fruibile"

"I called in order to reserve a table for 7 people at 7 pm, since they had a good vegan friendly rating on trip advisor. They contemplated for half a minute and then said that a table could be arranged. We arrived and were the only ones there. In order for no one to sit alone, we re-arranged a chair to a table end, with a lot of space left everywhere. The chef came out and said we had to change it back. On the menu, there was only one vegetarian choice, tomato soup. We asked if there were any other vegetarian alternatives, and the chef said no, and that we shouldn’t trust TripAdvisor. We asked if they could arrange something else vegetarian and now got an annoyed no, and a ‘va bene’ when we decided to leave. Hopefully the food is better than the service, at least for carnivores."

"We were staying at the nearby Cesar Rotic B+B and needed to find somewhere to eat in Alba each night as the guesthouse doesn’t do evening meals. We tried 4 different restaurants for each of the first 4 nights but found the Symphony Cafe to be extremely friendly with the best food and portions and at a good price so we returned here for the last 2 evenings of our trip. Thanks to the staff for making us feel so welcome and going above and beyond when serving us and talking to us about the local area in English as we don’t speak any Italian. There appeared to be several local families eating at the Cafe so a good recommendation in itself too. We plan to return to the area and will definitely be returning to eat here."

"Good place with good location given the proximity to the adventure park, especially for those with children. Comfortable parking. Large spaces inside and outside. Cozy room in traditional style. Unfortunately, the note is not positive in the lack/absence of friendliness and savoir faire of the staff (which together with hygiene and the quality/price ratio of the products form the supporting columns of the catering which I can not evaluate having taken only a coffee and not having used the services). Since I was with other people I didn't claim, but in the face of a rude waiter/ waiter/snatch, there's nothing else to do but take and leave immediately. For this reason we did not find ourselves well and currently I do not feel to recommend it. Therefore, as reported in the title, there is a good margin of improvement"

"Lo Primo che farei dopo scrivere questo comentario e scrivere a Michelin e domandare come mai questo ristorante ha una stella !!! Tutti piatì che abbiamo avuto a tutti mancava qualcosa sapore sale amore Veramente !! Il tartare era bruto il sapore ne anche le trufe avevano sapore ! Mancava tutto !!! Tropo. Carne e ne anche un po’ di tost ho dovuto chiudere burro! Ok peggio tartare della mia vita !!! Il raviole duro senza sapore noiosi senza amore ! I agnello tutto cotto ! Ne anche hanno domandato che punto ! La Melanzane seca senza sale senza niente !! Mein Gott !!! La torta di spinaca sembra lo che compri nell supermercato congelato ! ! Veramente noi abbiamo goduto !! è un prezzo alto per quello senza sapore !!!! Come mai Hanno una stella Michelin?? Una vergonia! E anche senza stella bruta cocina. ! Il servizio do 8 punti di 10 ! Ma il cuoco per favore che migliora o che si cerca altro lavoro !! ne anche un picola sorpresa Quando Hanno stelle Michelin tu danno qualcosa picola di più per mangiare ! Siamo molto dispiaciute per ok magiare di oggi ! Total enttäuscht!!!"
