"the employees had not had my booking on their system, so we had to wait 15 minutes for a table. the service wasn't the best, I thought we ordered ourselves in the theke, as no one had approached us for our order, but we said someone would come to us to take our order. the food itself was very mediocre for the price they pay. small portions filled with a lot of salad. overall the venue was aesthetic, but the service, the eating and the whole mood of the restaurant was a break. very disappointed"

I have tried the Raku location in Edina and thought it was pretty good but when I saw a groupon for the one in West End, St.

Staff were really polite and anytime available. One of the staff named Alexandra went above and begging to meet our needs and we were absolutely delighted by her service.

The food was delicious! We had an Arabian breakfast tray and Turkish Eggs both well made and tasty! A genuine thank you to Walid who kindly looked after us particularly well : Venue is a little small but otherwise a lovely visit!

Don't go here for Gluten free: they may advertise it on their menu, but nothing was available when we arrived (we went for tea and cake). Also, whilst the decor is nice, the giant television pretty much ruined the atmosphere for us.

poor service. the waiter made our order wrong. we were accused for laughing that they didn't even camp. accepted a booking for 7 people then asked us all sitting on seperate tables. some people eating came an hour after another. coffees were cold

Very poor service- was ignored in the corner for 40 minutes so eventually left. Heard a lot about this establishment so was quite disappointed! The food also looked overpriced based upon the size of plates on nearby tables. Overall, this place seemed very pretty for the aesthetic for instagram, but a bit of a rip off.
