"We spent a couple of days in Cilento on our way to Sicily. La Torretta was a great choice to have a different kind of dinner. Away from the crowded seaside, the place is located in a small village 20 minutes away from Paestum, a bit higher on the mountain. The place feels cozy and familiar, easy and not demanding at all. Our table was settled under a pomegranate tree the starters were good as much as the wine, typical salumi, cheese and meat selection, well cooked and easily served. The waiters were nice and responsive, the dessert amazing! You know when they say that a really good place is amazing on desserts also: la Torretta was definitely one of those great, easy places. We had a great time! The final bill was also a surprise as was really really cheap!! Super recommended!"

Piccola location accogliente puoi goderti un panorama che si affaccia verso il mare del Cilento. Si respira aria pulita e si mangia con prodotti locali e genuini in alcuni casi prodotto dal loro orto.

Sono stata in questo ristorante per cena in estate; location davvero bella, con posti a sedere in piazzetta; offre una cucina tipica cilentana, l’antipasto è davvero abbondante e genuino con ottime verdure servite. Fa da cornice, la gentilezza del personale, davvero accogliente. Ver carta

Essendo di passaggio, ci siamo affidati al caso (ed a TripAdvisor) ed abbiamo scelto bene.La location è molto carina, proprio accanto al municipio del paese e si mangia benissimo. Menzione particolare per i ravioli ed il pollo al forno. Personale gentile e prezzi ottimi.Da provare.

This place is all we ever needed during our trip. No fancy flashy decor but authentic Italian ambiance and great food. The staff is ever so kind, and they gave us some of their home made treats on the house, such as the fried pizza, bruschetta and limoncello. Would give this place 10 points if I could.

Nella piccola piazza di Giungano, incastonata fra dolci colline a pascolo e uliveto e ruvidi rilievi rocciosi, c'è il ristorante (a breve anche b&b) La Torretta Cucina tipica cilentana preparate con cura e materie prime di ottima qualità. Da non perdere in particolare i primi piatti con la pasta fresca e le verdure. Gestione familiare, cortese, disponibile, professionale, servizio veloce ed efficace. Cucina eccellente ed economica. Veramente ottimi gli antipasti (superlativa la zucca ripassata in padella con un po' di cipolla), primi di livello. Carta dei vini locali con possibilità di scegliere quello dello casa sia rosso che bianco. Il ristorante, ubicato in pieno centro a due passi dal municipio, presenta una terrazza panoramica da cui godere una bellissima vista. Personale molto giovane e gentile. Conto totale di con abbondanti antipasti misti, due primi, vino, acqua e liquori fatti in casa. Da provare sicuramente

We got married in Giungano, so have visited the village several times over the years, and every time La Torretta has been the most incredible dining experience we could have asked for. The terrace setting is just heavenly and so authentically Italian, the staff are so attentive and friendly, and the food is literally out of this world. The bruschetta!! The aubergine parmigiana!!! We couldn’t love this place more. And it’s so affordable, too. Even when we took almost 30 people along on our wedding weekend, it was just as brilliant as ever, they were amazing at hosting a large group and gave us so much delicious food and plenty of quality limoncello.
