Great food , had a great birthday celebration. Really good service as normal, really enjoyed the food.

Excellent restaurant , food service , great lovely atmosphere , staff fantastic , my husband had fish excellent, I had chicken wrapped with a sauce , really enjoyed our lunch , completes to the chef and staff will be back Janet and Jim

As usual another fantastic time at La Villa. We were part of a Christmas party at La Villa on 22nd December at lunch time. The food was excellent the service was amazing and we all had a great time. Will be back and would definitely recommend the restaurant. Ver carta

Such a lovely meal here, unexpected rang up off the cuff on a Friday evening and we’re managed to be squeezed in for a table in prime time. The food was lovely and the staff were brilliant and friendly. I assume a family run restaurant the young lady serving us was friendly and helpful Would definitely visit again

Visited 24th June 8 people Ans everyone one said there food was excellent 2 guest had fillet steak and they said it was the best steak they have had I had the skewers and the was excellent geat meat and cooked perfect This is a excellent restaurant and we'll worth a visit Great food great ambience Ans staff excellent. Looking forward to going again

we sat down in the centre of the restaurant. which was full. a variety of couples groups. as expected, the groups were chatting, which made it difficult to hear our group as a chat. Then there was an added ‘background’ music to the restaurant- so was more difficult to hear the ‘chat’ from our table. the food was delicious, but delay between courses. Ver carta

Food delicious. We started eating food from here during lock down, as take away and it was great. We promised we would eat in the restaurant when it reopened and we have just got round to it. Not disappointed by the food, but the noise. We could barely hear ourselves. And then they started to play music, quite loud, maybe to drown out the really loud table, we were unfortuntely sat next to?! The whole place seems to echo. No music needed! Really put us off returning :

When we arrived we were shown to our table and everything seemed alright, service was a little slow, but it was a Saturday night. On trying to catch up with friends and hear what they had been up too over the last couple of months this was extremely difficult 1. Due to the noise of the other guests 2. The restaurant has terrible acoustics 3. The grease soundtrack was being played so loud! Another table twice had to ask for the restaurant to turn the music down as they seemed to turn it up as the conversations in the restaurant got louder. I think you’d have a better conversation in a nightclub! The food was good, however having bits of a smashed plate in one tapas dish you would have thought...

After years and years dining as regulars in owner Marie 's Ewell restaurant, La Familia, we retired to Devon but still made a point of returning to La Fam whenever we came back to the 'hood! We returned this week to celebrate my wife 's birthday and, for a change, we asked Marie for a table for six at La Villa... It almost feels disloyal to say, but this place is even better than our previous fave. When we lived here, La Villa used to be mainly a seafood and fish based speciality restaurant (and we 're largely carnivores but they 've now massively expanded their menu to offer superb grill options (including our occasional guilty treat, the massive sirloin skewers! and their trademark fantast...
