the best farewell I have eaten. eating is amazing, chickenburger great. He's very well cooked. better than kfc. chips are soft in the middle and crispy at the edge.

I've ordered with them twice and BOTH times I've had a 40 mins delay with my food, so in total nearly 2 hours waiting from the time I've ordered! Never again Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waits for food are ridiculous probably because it’s mainly youngsters working here having a fag most of the time out the back or chatting with their mates. Waits are ridiculous!!!! Bought 5 pieces of chicken and chips delivery . I received 5 DRIED WINGS extremely awful. They sent me my order again after a call that I had and asked the person who made the order if he would eat this. That was the last time I buy from this shop as it wasn’t the first time I received something like this. Since the new ownership the shop went downhill.

First I tried placing an order via by the phone but someone had left them off the hook so it was continuously ringing to busy. I go in store to order a simple burger and a pizza. The lady tells me it'll be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting nearly an hour for our food. Clearly they value their delivery orders more than the customers who come into the shop. I won't be ordering from here again. Terrible customer service. Meal type: Dinner

We placed a food order and was given a delivery time of 45 mins. We rang after 90 minutes to be told that our pizzas were being prepared. Two hours and fifteen minutes later the food was delivered. The pizzas were greasy, the chicken fillets were cold and the three portions of chips were luke warm. All required reheating in our oven. The dips and coleslaw that we paid for were not delivered either. We have messaged La Vita but they have chosen to ignore my complaint. First and last time we will use this establishment. Ver carta
