For an italian restaurant disappointment about pizza but delicious profitrol good service

Super restaurant on the Cours Saleia de Nice and a really warm staff and small care. Moreover, what doesn't ruin anything, they love Belgians we ate very much. We'll go back.

Inexpected, I would say: good cuisine in the tourist heart of Nice. Very generous porters, pizza with a fine and well-stocked pasta, almost like in Italy. Only flat, a little slow but still smiling. I recommend.

I highly recommend this very friendly restaurant with beautifully good and hearty dishes we have for the price in our plate) , and small remrest to Mr Lorenzo the server that is busy serving us who is very nice, pleasant and especially very professional we feel that it is not a beginner) who knows his profession well. We visited La Voglia as a family after reading the positive reviews on Trip Advisor. The staff were very accommodating and the food was fantastic. The portions are very big, we actually had to take some home. The staff were very good with assisting our baby (11 months) they even made her a bowl of pasta, although this was also a very big portion and cost us €11.50! Generally the price of the food is good although a pint of peroni cost €10, I would still recommend La Voglia, mostly for couples but families are made welcome.

One of the most successful and busiest places in Nice. A fairly big place often with a queue. You can get in by waiting for a little while (probably ok without a reservation). Good staff. Very noisy and therefore not that suitable for a calm, romantic dinner.We had lasagne (15,50 €) and a burrata salad (15,50 €). Lasagna was big, maybe 25% extra. The recipe was simple and good. Hot and faultless. Because of the big size, it's great for a doggybag. Was nice the next day too. Burrata was normal, no faults except the provided olive oil and balsamico are just average.La Voglia serves good Italian food. Authentic and the restaurant's success is understandable. We wanted to eat in the Old Town on our last night in Nice and stumbled across this restaurant-approx 15 people waiting to eat but the maitre d was able to offer us a table inside upstairs immediately or a 25 minute wait for a table outside. We decided to go inside - not disappointed as air conditioned and nice modern decor inside.Neither the food or wine menu is extensive and there is no children's menu but the portions are very large so we shared two meals between three and we had no room for dessert. The lasagne was great as was the Tomato & Basil pasta and we were really pleased as good value for money and very tasty food and we waited no more than 10 minutes from ordering which given it...
