"Tea Time is Excellent. Everything is well worked and precise. The flavors are quite surprising I find. A very nice surprise. This is a place to recommend to all lovers of great pastries. You can also buy pastries in addition to tea time (which are not all in tea time). I also liked the fact that the chef adapted his preparations to our vegetarian diet."

Une délicieuse expérience. Service attentionné et efficace. Gin tonic au top. Sommelier de bon conseil. Foie gras d’oie à tomber.

A welcome, a kindness, wonderful. A passionate's hunting menu feels in its plates. Wine advice and discoveries. We have to let ourselves be done.

Excellent house. The spa is however too small and especially too noisy. Customers have trouble respecting calm. The massage was really good. Nathalie Hoffmann Ver carta

Une décoration très alsacienne, très bon dîner avec un personnel gentil et attentionné.Nous y avons prit le petit déjeuner qui lui aussi était très très bien, avec de bons produits locaux

Very well in general, the facilities of the bathroom are perhaps a little limited for a hotel of this standing. The decoration of the rooms is perhaps too sober and lacks a little cachet for an ancient Alsatian house

"L'Alchemille is a 1 star Michelin restaurant located in the Alsatian village of Kaysersberg. The menu here is a surprise, you just get to choose between 5, 7 or 9 course. The chef will gives what what he wants, what's fresh that time in his garden, and what he feels like cooking. I like the element of surprise so it wasn't an issue. Before you're asked if there are any ingredients you don't eat, or if you have any allergies,Service is good, not so much fluent in English but in a way or another you get to communicate. Wine list is good and includes wines for everyone's budget, somellier is more towards selling expensive wines, but he knows his job.Dinner kicked off with a bottle of Cremant,a nicely presented amouse bouche and fresh bread, It then followed with a variety of dishes which included potato mousse, beef tomato with basil snow. deer tartare, salmon, mustard zabaion, pigeon leg, munster and 2 desserts. The star of the night was the beef tomato with herbs and basil snow, followed by the pigeon with glazed peas, carrot puree and pigeon juice. To finish off we were given some petit fours, not bad but it can be improved. We later had a chat with chef Jerome Jaegle who surely has a passion for what he does, and no wonder he was awarded a Michelin star, his creativity on a daily basis is something few can do and maintain such a standard.Total came to around €130 including mid priced wine, 9 course is reasonably priced at €78.If you're in the area, it's a place you'd love to visit. I'll be back."
