the workers here are really knowing about veganism and have shown us exactly what we could have. they also made us cooked rice and a wonderful tofu dish all within the buffet price. the children have a new name for this place “Höhen” lol! think they, we can go back well before our holiday is over

Friendly staff that knew a lot about veganism, we were walked around the buffet and shown what options were vegan. They even cooked us a vegan vegetable rice and tofu separately that was included in the buffet price! Really enjoyed it here, cheap and tasty food, highly recommended! Fuimos porque nos quedamos al lado, y animo buenas opiniones. la chica es muy agradable, sabe perfectamente lo que comemos los veganos, nos mostró todas las opciones que tenían, y nos hizo varios platos adaptados. Fuimos al buffet, 11,95€ medio día y 14,95€ por noche, bebidas separadas. ¡Todo estaba bien! Lo recomiendo a 100

super impressed by this facility. as reported in other reviews, the personal understand clearly how to make for vegan. they go out of their way to show them around the buffet, which are vegan dishes that are vegetarian. they also prepared olin cooked rice and a wonderful tofu dish for us, all included in the buffet price. it is cheap, cheerful, with very attentive and courteous staff. well worth a visit if they want to get their vegan fix on the cheap! We visited Lago because of the good recommendations here on happy cow. We were a bit disappointed to hear that there are only two vegan options on the buffet such as fries and vegetarian spring rolls (vegan . The staff was friendly and offered to veganize some vegetarian options (fried vegetables with tofu, noodle and vegetable stirfry etc. We had some spring rolls, rice, fries and fried vegetables with tofu. It was okay, the spring rolls were tasty, the vegetables and tofu dish was okay, they could've seasoned it a bit stronger in our opinion. The portion size was medium, 2 small spring rolls per serving.

We have visited a couple of times during our stay in Alcudia due to its closeness to our apartment. Two of our party are vegan and when we arrived I let the waitress know this. She knew exactly what this meant (no meat, eggs, dairy fish- her words) and she pointed out the vegan options. These included plain noodles, boiled rice, onion rings, spring rolls, chips, broccoli and veg, and a lot of the sushi which was just delicious. Additionally to this they made a potion of veg fried rice with no egg added for no extra charge. For pudding we had a bowl of fresh fruit. I would definitely recommend this for a quick cheap and tasty meal.

We went to Lago last night for food when HappyCow showed it to be the only restaurant within easy walking distance of where we were. While there was no atmosphere as such, it was open on to the pavement which was nice. Reassuringly the waitress knew exactly what vegan meant, and we selected 2 spring rolls, 2 tofu dishes (not on the menu but they were happy to make) as well as rice noodles, boiled rice and some salt and pepper chips. All were served quickly, and all were very tasty. My only real complaint was that while everyone else got to eat from the €9.95 all you can eat buffet, despite asking if our meals could be included in this offer, we had to pay full price which with a couple of dr...
