"My husband and I were lucky enough to score reservations here for Valentine's Day (because we only checked a few days before). We arrived before 6 and were the first to arrive. If you do that, you can choose any table you like. Speaking of, this corridor-like restaurant has tables all along one side of a long wall, and they are very close together. The atmosphere is charming, though. We started with glasses of rosé, salami, and bread. They dragged the chalkboard menu over to our table so we could decide what to order. There is a three course menu for 38€ or so, which is what we chose. To start, my husband had a cold fish dish (can't remember the name) that was very good. I had Oeufs Cocotte, which were delicious if perhaps a bit overdone. For mains, we both ordered the confit of pork which was served with greens and over white bean cassoulet. It was fabulous, with the meat perfectly cooked with crispy edges. For dessert, he ordered a small cheese plate that came with a few cheeses, some confiture, etc. I thought it was disgusting, but I do not have a sophisticate palate at all when it comes to cheese... I ordered the lemon tarte, which was fresh and tangy. With several glasses of wine each plus food, our bill was around 130€ or so.The service was really friendly and warm, and everyone knew what they were talking about. We had a really great time and would love to go back again. The only thing I noticed is that it might be hard to come here if you're a vegan. The menu is tiny and most things have dairy in them, at the very least."

Amazing resturant, with delicious food and super friendly service. The pork and the octopus was great, and they have a great selection of wine. Can highly recommend it!

An excellent evening ina relaxed and popular restaurant. The menu is limited, as with most good French restaurants - less choice = better quality, and service and food is excellent. The wine list is particularly impressive.

The service at the restaurant was great. The wines we had were delicious as well. Unfortunately the menu for new years was a bit boring. We had a 4-course menu but the first course and the dessert were trivial. Also it seems like it's mostly older people who go there.

Had given up on French food in Berlin until discovering this place. A true Bistro on "Stutti"!. The best dishes seem to always be the more traditional ones. Great value for the three course option. Very friendly service (not a given in Berlin). Solid wine list. If they have it, get the casoulet!

Dined here on a rainy night in Berlin. The ambiance and hearty food brightened our evening. Patricia Wells would give a nod to this brasserie for its authenticity. Everything about the place oozed French food at its best -- simple menu de jour choices prepared very well, solid house wines by the carafe, and attentive service by an enthusiastic staff.

I live around the corner and eat there often. I not only enjoy the food and the great hospitality, but specifically getting to know a knew natural wine almost every time I go. While natural wines divide wine lovers, I like going back just to experience what surprise Regis has to offer again. Some complain about price, but honestly, you have to search really hard to get this kind of quality for this price. Booking is essential, particularly on the weekend.

This cozy little gem is located a bit further away from the touristic areas. On the other hand, that's where you find the most of the really good restaurants anyway. The service is very warm, attentive and friendly. The prices can be judged to be a bit steep, but are sincerely worth it. The veal sous vide was just absolutely amazing. The wine list supports the menu very nicely. Honestly, for us, it must have been one of the best dinners ever in Berlin. Hopefully we'll be back soon.

Restaurants come in different shapes and sizes: some good, but also expensive and pretentious, some cheap and forgettable. This place, however, is a magical combination of seriously good food, made with the best quality ingredients available, made with the heart and soul of a wonderful chef, at a price that is honestly too low for what you are receiving. As stated in the title, the food and the work of the amazing people in this restaurant speak for themselves, and thus my review is somewhat irrelevant. You need to experience it for yourself.

We returned to this wonderful brasserie which was introduced to us when we were in Berlin three years ago. The place is busier than before and the food has remain of exceptionally high standard. The ambience is what yu would expect from a great French brasserie and the service is impeccable. Their menu is no more than 12 dishes from starter to desserts but you would already have a tough choice to make. We had duck and venison as main course this time as well as the prawn with white beans to start and chocolate fondant to end. They also brought us super delicious salami as amuse bouche. Overate and over drank but so very satisfied and already looking forward to returning.
