"As promised to the owner even though it's been a few days, here is my review! I will be very honest as always, mentioning the pros and cons. A well-kept place, it is very modern, clear references to the sea and its delights. The staff is friendly, but alas lacks a bit of professionalism, I found it a bit sketchy. The wine list is long, but there were quite a few missing, this I regretted. The choice of dishes is also long and varied, modern cuisine with traditional flavors. The starters are well presented, the flavors are there, but there is no quid that makes me say wow. There is no question of quality and freshness. For the first courses, I really want to congratulate them, they were perfect, authentic flavors. Sublime cooking of rice and pasta and flavors so distinct and so well married together. Fulfilled! This place is a Ferrari and I hope that the owner, whom I met and seems to put his soul into it, will take everything to a next step. Sarò molto onesto come sempre, menzionando i pro e i contro. Un locale curato, è molto moderno, richiami chiari al mare e alle sue delizie. Il personale è cordiale, ma manca ahimè un po' di professionalità, l'ho trovato un po' approssimativo. La carta dei vini è lunga, ma ne mancavano un bel po' , questo mi è dispiaciuto. La scelta dei piatti è anch'essa lunga e variegata, cucina moderna con sapori della tradizione. Gli antipasti sono ben presentati, i sapori ci sono, ma manca quel quid che mi fa dire wow. Non si discute la qualità e la freschezza. Per i primi piatti, voglio fare davvero i miei complimenti, erano perfetti, sapori autentici. Cottura del riso e della pasta sublime e sapori così ben distinti e così ben sposati insieme. Soddisfatto! Questo locale è una Ferrari e spero che il proprietario, che ho conosciuto e sembra metterci l'anima, porti tutto ad uno step successivo. Prezzi nella media, anzi direi che trattandosi di mare, sono più che ottimi. Parcheggio facile ."

Stasera abbiamo provato questo posto e devo dire che è molto accogliente e perfettamente sul tema sia con la mise en place che con quello che sarà servito. materie prime semplici ma eccellenti che sono anche migliorate in modo elevato. buon rapporto qualità prezzo, buon servizio e presentazione dei piatti. grazie soprattutto al proprietario che con professionalità, attenzione e cordialità ci ha accompagnato nella degotazione. provare assolutamente.
