"On m'avais conseillé se restaurant repas bon, sauf que j'ai pris a la carte et pas grand chose dans l'assiette pour l'entrée! c'est tres bien présenté le plat étais bon aussi rien à dire mais peu dans l'assiette aussi par rapport au prix du coup j'ai prix une assiette de fromage et la trois petit bout de rien du tout pour le PRIX je trouve un sa tres radin et exagéré je vais dans des gastronomique ailleurs aussi et pour le prix c'est dommage je retournerais quand meme dans se lieux ou le cadre et agreable"

"Very disappointed. First visit since the owner change. Menu and dishes expensive than I had on my plate. Menu flat-entrance-dessert to 25 euros and dish to 15 euros. Fish dish with little fish and lots of rice and lentils, without sauce, really very dry. 5 euros pin : expensive too. The waitress was alone (no cook) warmed the dishes already ready before serving them: warm dishes."

"3 nights with family (5 people, 2 bedrooms). Small hotel, ideally located in the very pretty town of Saint Jean d'Angely. The rooms are a little basic in terms of decoration, but functional. The bedding is of good quality and the sheets smell good of laundry. Both the rooms, the restaurant and the common areas are impeccably clean. The breakfast is of high quality (fresh bread and croissants, homemade jams, daily newspaper on the table). The staff are attentive and help to make you feel at home. We did not try the restaurant but it was full at each service."

"a nice, friendly little restaurant in the main shopping district of st jean d’angely. the hotel is located on the corner of rue des bancs and rue du jeu de paume, convenient for the shops, the old abtei and the tourist office. the menu changes every week, with a selection of two starters, two nets and two sweets. I had tomato and rice filled for my head, and my friend had tagliatelle who was the other main dish. for my sweet I chose the brewed apples in chocolate mousse. they also have a good selection of organic beers and weeping, and their own carrot and ginger juice (here the name of the restaurant carottes gingembre carrot and ingwer juice.) it is just a small restaurant, but there was no problem getting a table to lunch. the kitchen is behind a counter next to the sitting area so that they can see the food prepared. service was very fast and efficient the waitress brought my sweet when she came to take my main course plate! they also have a disabled toilet and a small children's playground with toys back. in a country that is not much for vegetarian, I have nothing but praise for this restaurant!"
