"On Sunday with pre-ordered table, I believe without you getting as good as no place for 4 people, while a nice hike just get good food. Steak was buttery, also the carvings on Merretich sauce were lace. Also the fillet tips. Although there was a birthday or something like that, the food found our table in almost stunning speed. I have not experienced here when 20 people in the room are that it takes up to 1 hour before there is anything to eat. The Gickelswirt has been making good food for years. I live in Berlin but originally come from the Odenwald. I was there for the first time yesterday for 8 years, and the food is still equally good. Of course not a star restaurant, but perfect for the great hunger.
