"We had reserved for 10 people in the outdoor area, We were able to reserve for the weather due to exceptionally short-term, which worked excellently. This has totally overwhelmed the kitchen, the counter and the underwhelmed service. No ordering hand available, insufficient menue cards in stock, drinks did not come for a long time and then bit wise, for the food we waited for almost two hours. My Rumpsteak was fried, instead of medium, as ordered. I haven't been hungry anymore and let it be canceled. There was a great deal of effort, which unfortunately could not reduce disappointment. This was the second time that service and kitchen were overwhelmed. Management and personnel are missing. We'll think about it for a long time if we go again.
