"Siamo andati un giovedì sera verso la metà di settembre pensando ci fosse poco afflusso. Invece sia la veranda esterna, sia la sala interna erano pieni. Buon segno da un lato (viene riconosciuta la qualità dei piatti proposti) un po ' meno dall 'altro lato (tempi di attesa). Infatti abbiamo atteso circa 45 minuti (pochi o tanti a Voi il verdetto) per essere serviti. 2 commensali hanno optato per piatti di cucina, io (e moglie) ci siamo fatti tentare da 2 pizze del Giarolo (le avevo visto sul social del locale e mi avevano incuriosito). Impasto farcito con mozzarella, vari formaggi del territorio (tra cui il montebore) e gocce di tartufo a dare ulteriore gusto. Che dire....ricca e ottima. C 'è spazio per un classico sorbetto analcolico ed il caffè. Conto tutto sommato adeguato (la pizza non è propriamente economica ma, ripeto, è veramente farcita riccamente. Esperienza piacevole"

"super clean, very attentive and efficient young waiters, probably a delicious pizza place, certainly not a fresh fishfield as advertised. huge portions. fish hours d’oeuvre passable, but not exciting, nice nebel en place, but blunt content, clams pasta sauce cooked very approximately (sand and many tight mushes in the plate) with pfeffer and white wine were so widely used that mush like gum tasted, ravioli di magro ordered oil, while actually meat ravioli was served and explained"

"A pranzo dalla zia. Siamo capitati per caso ed io credo che la fortuna ci assiste. Abbiamo assaggiato il ragù di capriolo veramente ottimo. Il roast beef come lo faceva la nonna con una proposta di vini del produttore locale veramente intrigante. Ora lo appuntero' come sito da non mancare se si è in zona. "If you want to experience excellent food and atmosphere while eating 8 courses over three hours, this is the place to go! Recommended by a local in Carezzano, this organic cooperative is a farm, vineyard, farm shop and restaurant. We were lucky enough to get a table on a busy Sunday lunchtime. They have recently expanded and built a new outdoor dining area which overlooks the vineyard and surrounding hills. A really stunning location to sit outside, enjoy the views of the countryside and eat excellent food. We don’t speak Italian but one of the serving staff spoke English and guided us through the afternoon with great charm and generosity! Everyone is served the same dishes which appear at regular intervals. Tip don’t eat too much of the bread which comes at the start of the meal. It’s delicious but there is LOTS more food to come. A really fresh salad with goats cheese starts off the meal, followed by the antipasti a selection of farm salami and prosciutto. Then there is the carpaccio of raw beef with parmesan and lemon, aubergine parmigiana which was delicious and I don’t like aubergine!! , risotto, then the pasta, a local version of ravioli Angolitti which was filled with really tender meat. You eventually reach the main, which on this occasion was tender beef and courgettes. Desert was a choice of peaches with sugar and ice cream. Peaches are in season at the moment August and are so different in taste from the ones you buy in a supermarket. A chocolate mouse and semifredo with gratings of white chocolate was also available. We drank local, organic, wine throughout the meal, recommended be the staff and finished with dark coffee. This was certainly a meal and venue to remember. We think the menu changes each time depending on seasonal produce so, something different on every visit."
