Gustative orgasm Gourmet and greedy I am at once very difficult to eat in a restaurant. Well, I found a pearl today! The restaurant le Bassia, place du foirail in Tarbes. We have divinely eaten well. For me I opted for the bistro menu at 16€. The chef has hands in gold, everything was delicious and the salmon cooked as he should, melting and rosé. I had that noon a gustative orgasm that's telling you! And it's not exaggerated! Thanks to the leader and his team who are more adorable. I'll be back with great pleasure. Now the irritants... The order took us 50 minutes... For a lunch restaurant it's way too much...
