we came in this restaurant in an abortion as drowned rats around 8.30 in the evening found all other restaurants in the village closed. we asked a very helpful employee member if we could eat and he said he would check with the cook. he returned about 5 minutes later to say that the cook said he didn't have enough food! how likely in a 5 star hotel am I? obviously he just wanted to go home. the helpful staff was friendly enough to try to make calls to other restaurants, but confirmed that they were all closed.

A great discovery. I had the chance to win one night in this big establishment. The staff is very welcoming, our needs are advanced, the reception is warm. The SPA is very appreciable (very popular, the jacuzzi becomes really small... and the restaurant Le Bélouga has an exceptional situation with a quality service. Our little boy was with us although he was not planned and there is no problem, he was welcome and will remember for a long time, like us. This institution holds all its promises in terms of hospitality, listening and attention to its clients. Very good restaurant, we had taken a flavor menu formula that delighted us, thanks to the chef. The buffet breakfast is worth a 5-star, qualitative and quantitative. The wellness area is beautiful with its terrace overlooking the sea. Practitioners have their hands in gold. The room is perfect and meets the criterion of such standing. Thank you to all staff for their kindness and discretion. We highly recommend this establishment and we will return to it.

We visited for a family occasion but from the start staff were unmotivated and lacking energy or enthusiasm. The first course arrived but we had not been provided with a drinks menu. When the water was poured it was spilt all over the table. The water tasted like defrosted freezer ice. It seemed the staff were unhappy as a result of understaffing, and did not want to be there, which created a bad atmosphere. We enquired whether anything was wrong and said it was not good and they would try to offer some sort of compensation. Nothing transpired and when the bill arrived there was no discount. All in all very disappointing and certainly not deserving of a restaurant in a Michelin star hotel. A... Ver carta
