after decades of resistance burgers now marches in France. as everywhere is a good burger hard to find. as a native North American, whose father ran a burger-joint, I can say that at the end of the day, it makes a good job that scratches my Burger-Itch.

we stopped here because we liked the displayed menu. we were not disappointed. we enjoyed cocktails, while our dinner for my wife was prepared the chicken Caesar salad and a novel approach for a burger for me. the burger came with a round piece crispy. ugly brown up and down, instead of a burger. not something you pick up, but fork tender! while we waited for our food, we admired a piece of art on the wall behind us. our host tried to explain before he went into the bar and entered into a translation program. he quickly returned to provide details about the local artist and his work. we have appreciated his efforts!
