"I had the opportunity to dine at the Auberge du Gros and I can only highly recommend it. Upon our arrival, a charming young man, elegantly dressed, greeted us with exceptional hospitality. Although the wait for our dishes was a little long, the quality of the presentation of the appetizer plates was simply superb, as evidenced by the photos I took (photo 1/photo 2). The salmon served was incomparably fresh, with the freshly prepared lemon sauce adding a touch of exceptional flavor. As for the main course, the generosity of the portions and the quality of the meat were particularly appreciated, not to mention the sauce, which was simply exquisite (photo 3/photo 4). Although we were tempted by an appetizing galette des rois, we opted for the semi-cooked one for dessert, and we were not disappointed. (Picture5) A little word for the waitress: She was able to create a family atmosphere by chatting with us about the food and sharing a few laughs, which really enriched our experience. It’s this kind of attention to detail and thoughtful service that makes all the difference. The chef not only prepares delicious dishes, but also shows genuine interest in his customers. It is obvious that he has extensive culinary knowledge and takes the time to interact with each of us. In summary, I highly recommend the Auberge du Gros. "Elle ne paye pas de mine la Petite Auberge de Colligny avec sa façade de bistrot de village, mais dès l'entrée en salle de restauration, ont est surpris par la taille des lieux. Très bon accueil, cette auberge est renommée pour ses cuisses de grenouilles, mais à notre table, une seule personne en a pris et les a trouvées excellentes. Les autre plats se sont avéré très bons et extrêmement copieux (trop même au vu de ce qui est reparti en cuisine.) Au dessert, profiteroles au chocolat pour deux d'entre nous, elles étaient sublimes avec du vrai chocolat, un régal. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix justifie cet engouement pour cette "Petite auberge." Seuls petits bémols, la salle est relativement bruyante ( les personnes âgées dont je suis ont l'habitude de parler fort) et quelques mouches nous ont accompagnées tout au long du repas (mais à la campagne comme à la campagne.) Nous reviendrons."

"despite the fact that the food is correct and the restaurant is clean, the service has been waiting for a few times. We don't listen to the client: I ask to graburger, once at home I find myself with a kebab with a steak in so not at all my order (and twice forget fries already twice! We have to check the bags when we get out. It's really a pity because it's a restaurant that has potential but I'm going less often now, my boyfriend stopped going."
