"Nous venions après avoir réserver, nous entrons et demandons une table en terrasse, pas possible (pourtant on avait réservé !), donc nous sommes placés à l'intérieur dans une atmosphère étouffante (il y avait de quoi se sentir mal) où il y a plus de mouches que de clients, le buffet n'est pas extraordinaire, ce qui y est n'est pas très froid (ça plus les mouches, j'ai franchement eu peur d'être malade), en plus c'est très cher pour ce que c'est ! (le buffet a volonté 10€ ). Bref, je n'ai quasi rien mangé et aimé du buffet, dont les aliments à peine froids faisaient un peu la tête pour certains ! Bref, je ne comprends pas comment il peu y avoir autant de mouches dans un restaurant, alors que nous avons mangé en terrasse à métabief au pied de la station (qui a des vaches) et nous avions moins de mouches !!"

"We had the impression of a return in the past as well in the decoration of the room, the presentation of the dishes or the holding of the servers. Why not, but at 160€ for 4 (including a little child) and just a bottle of wine, it is expensive, especially that the dishes were very uneven. The entrance to the snail was very salty and the taste of the lard shattered everything, on the other hand the melon and macvin gaspacho was good. the dish of truite sauce with the apsinth was not bad but very limited in size (a fillet of a small trout, a lot of sauce that is good but had cums, a half yellow carrot, a spelt I think and a line of purée, one remains on his hunger). On the other hand, the traditional perch was very copyy and good (we just regret the simply accompaniment of potatoes cooked with water and persilted). the cheese tray (imposed in all menus) was very impressive and for the occasion deserved the turn. The redesigned lemon pie was good without more. dessert based on meringue was, however, very disappointing (a very dry meringue round, covers completely with whipped and with a ball of vanilla ice in the middle, all without bcp of taste). On the service, it was nice for the most part, but the baba is still serving women first or not going over the guests to recover the plates, let's put it on their young age. In short, this institution has potential, but it would take a good call to question and rejuvenate. an additional point: you should also propose a children's menu more friendly than chopped/jambon steak and persilted pdt, certainly cheap (9€) but not what you would like to have in a restaurant that would be a little gastronomic"

"We decided to make this a place to visit after we saw it on Rick Steins Secret France being fans of cheese. It’s next door to the Hotel Le Lac opposite the car parking. Staff were polite and patient as we struggled to get our NHS covid passes to work. Menu was via QR code on the table. Service was great and food was fantastic. We tried to go back for lunch Thursday but found it closed. So may be worth checking before you travel but it was so close to we’re we were staying it wasn’t a problem."

"The location is really great, the terrace is very pleasant to take the aperitif. The restaurant is a good restaurant, a little expensive for what you eat but there is nothing to say that is good, original and the setting is friendly. For the hotel, the rooms are spacious and pleasant. Beautiful view and this in a relative calm. Breakfast is pitiful, with a very limited choice. A miserable pot of jam, butter to the drip account, a little charcuterie and cheese, you should not love the sweet. To see something in the bathroom you have to have a flashlight, you see nothing at all, the refrigerator makes a tractor noise. The flows, both from the bathtub and the washbasin are laborious, the poster that gives note booking to the reception date of several years, the honesty would be to update it because it has fallen well since."
