En 5 soirées à Guebwiller, on a diné 3 soirs de suite au Bratzala. Autant dire que l'on aime. L'accueil est charmant, la cuisine tradi Alsace très correcte, le service à point. Mais ce qu'on aime le plus c'est le rapport qualité prix canon : c'est copieux, bien cuisiné, et les prix très ajustés. On en a pour son argent, et ce n'est pas le cas partout.

Cette auberge est à la fois sympatique pour sa cuisine, sa décoration et la gentillesse des propriétaires.c'est monsieur qui est au fournaux. Nous avons fort bien déjeuné de spécialités alsaciennes dans une ambiance animée . Se mêlent touristes et clients habitués mais le service est très efficace et nous avons passé un bon moment. Je recommande cette halte à Guebwiller
