"Close your eyes! The first time we came to eat at Briand on the occasion of my best friend’s birthday and it was a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed the entrance of the dessert, everything was perfect, excellent cooking, some cooking indications indicated for the very respected cuisine, the plates are well presented and do not miss the quantity. The level of service nothing to say, the waitresses were extremely kind and very attentive to our needs, they knew perfectly to inform us and advise us on the dishes or the wine map.
