"Goult like gordes, is a historic perched village of the luberon where gastronomy and arts join. at the restaurant la bartavelle (the name of a ash-loser), the emmanuel chief and his wife sylvie (champion) resorted to wuin hopkins, painter of the village, to elegantly decorate the pages of their website. these beautiful lavis (diluted watercolour) invite to discover the old restored places and the cuisine of Emmanuel, so they are refining evocators. The menu is short: entry, dish, dessert with an alternative for each. With about 20 sylvia covers "sound" world actively and discreetly. The wine map is enough supplied in local wines domain of the igp vaucluse glassware in organic was our choice twice. Excellent and affordable.What to say about the cuisine that mixes local cuisine and the new cuisine or at least what the chef has chosen best in his experiences of new associations of flavors and fragrances. Never excess, everything is to the extent. We are sitting well, quite remote from other customers, calm reigns like always among the greats of the gastronomy and we are served pretty quickly. just the time to dissert on all these dishes that you don’t have to eat at home. "Although located off a main road, the restaurant is well set back and even when dining outside you don’t hear any traffic. It’s also perfect for taking kids (as there are loads of safe places to run around, climb, games, etc. while adults relax). Tables are set out under illuminated trees with a lovely rustic feel. Service is excellent and the food (which traditionally takes a little while to arrive), is well worth the wait. There is a fantastic pizza oven on site, an outside bar area and plenty of outside seating. All our dishes were large, full of fresh ingredients and the mezze dish was perfect. The restaurant is perfect for large or intimate occasions. Definitely recommended!"

"delicious pizzas served by a charming and effective young girl. a beautiful terrace and a pleasant room. Although the tables are a little close, but not more than in other restaurants. the only flat would be the non-port of the mask by it, as well as some regulars who cross the restaurant. The gestures quickly forget, unfortunately."

"We arrived at 6 an evening of torrential rain. Therefore, we could not enjoy this wonderful shaded terrace outside. With regard to the kitchen, I made my bold by taking on the menu at 36 € that dishes that usually only attract me a restaurant card. What a surprise! The yellow pepper velvet was fresh, tasty accompanied by this goat mousse that raised the dish. For the dish, the bar net with a spicy mayonnaise and its blown sword left me without a voice. The taste of fish, perfect cook, really seduced me. Finally, the lemon pie revisited with this Italian meringue allows to finish on an exquisite dessert. I highly recommend you stop there. Stop seeing the new card!"

"Nous souhaitions y dîner entre amis 4 personnes.Il est vrai que la vue est magnifique et que nous avions hâte. Vue l'accueil reçu lors de notre réservation, le serveur nous a regardé de haut et quand nous avons demandé à être placé en bordure si possible, lui a répliqué "rêvez pas" sur un ton qui nous a laissé "quoi"..après réflexion nous avons annulé Et nous avons préféré aller dans un endroit où le "service Client" veut dire quelques choses !!! La vue OUI..mais le service AUSSI"
