Cheval Blanc - Carta

A pretty spot in the middle of town- with delicious regional cuisine and wines. Only 8 tables on the terrace, but the inside is also pretty. Good service.

we were not here (but perhaps another time, the longer is a convenient distance from the canal.) we had dinner, that was excellent the type of meal that you always hoped in france. good distance, attentive service and a few nice...extras

Très bel hôtel/restaurant. Le cadre est magnifique (bâtiment ancien, poutres apparentes, belle déco).Nous avons déjeuné sur la terrasse, ambiance feutrée, personnel attentionné, très bon rapport qualité/prix.Très propre (y compris les toilettes). Ver carta

Nice scene. a : not bad with a very good entry, a little pretentious fish and fade and served with a spuma that cooked on a too hot plate. high-level service that takes itself seriously (maybe they want to compete with the homonyms of too or curchevel – but there is exceptionally good)

Un déjeuner royal pour fêter notre anniversaire de mariage. Le menu à 55€ est fantastique ! Tatin de foie gras, Black tigers, ris de veau, bar, sorbets... je n'ai pas assez de commentaires élogieux pour caractériser ces mets! Service très agréable ! Je ne peux que vous recommander vivement d'aller dans ce restaurant !

I revisited with a friend the white horse for lunch. As in previous years, we went out enchanted! reception and very pleasant service, room decoration and view on the buildings of and by the large enchanting window. but above all a delicious menu that is worth its price, as well as wines! I'm not going to visit the area without going to the white horse! Ver carta

we met with friendly receptions. the room junior suite was clean, large and beautiful bathroom. we ate in the restaurant and ordered the expensive menu. the service was not existent and the food was simply put on the table without a statement of what it was...when the wine glasses were not poured. the food was moderate and did not live in 2017 at a previous visit and the price was too high for quality.

We had some time to kill on our travels so a stop in Langres seemed a good idea. This Logis is inside the old city walls and the set lunch represents very good value. The dining area is well spaced out, high-ceilinged and modern but...comfortable. The wine list has a very useful set of half-bottles at decent prices. Even on a Monday lunch there were 20+ eating. The cafe gourmand is enough dessert for two.

This restaurant is obviously the no 1 place to eat in Langres . We were initially told that the restaurant was full when we tried to book but then , by way of afterthought ,were advised that we could eat after all ! As it...happened half the internal part of the restaurant was empty that evening . The food was well presented and tasted good however my wife chose the a la carte Dover sole with vegetables because the set menu fish came with ratatouille and she doesn’t eat tomatoes , when the sole arrive it was presented with , Yep you guessed it , ratatouille ! OK the restaurant cannot help the fact that my wife does not eat tomatoes but it’s misleading to describe the same thing two different... Ver carta
