"colleagues recommended this place and I will return several times in the next year. regardless of what kind of burger they want that place has something for them. for our visits (big groups we also enjoyed the family-sized dishes of the fries (or tweeper rings, which could be populated on the table and shared by all. a great idea at this place is that they have a selection of several big burgers. three options (or were there four? are available, so whether they are a lighter eater, or starving for bark, there is a burger size for everyone. price point is also adjusted by Burger size, so the customer has great control over their final bill. Of course there are plenty of beer and wine options and these prices correspond to other Swiss restaurants. the restaurant/bar is located directly along the tram line, so it is not easier to find whether they come from newchatel. four or five stops at the lake bring them to Auvernier. they descend from the tram and walk less than 10 meters and are in the bar entrance. the tram rolls around every 15-20 minutes, so there is never a feeling that they are stuck. if I would choose a thing, I could ask the restaurant, it would be to lower the price on their bowling rings! they were very tasty, but 20 chf is an oversized one. but we will be back. because you eat fantastic."

obwohl das Lokal nur zu 1/3 voll war, musste ich etwa 10 Minuten warten bis die bedienung eine Speisekarte brachte, dann verging nochmals eine kleine Ewigkeit bis jemand kam um nach einem Getränkewunsch zu fragen.Das bestellte Wasser wurde vergessen, ebenso die Bitte etwas Brot zur Vorspeise zu bringen.Das Essen selbst war von der Qualität OK

Wir waren am 3. August zum Nachtessen vor Ort. Alles war perfekt - vor allem auch die hausgemachten Desserts. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, freundlich und beim Abschied hiess es: à la prochaine fois - also bis zum nächsten Mal. Am 7. August waren wir wieder im Hafen. Wir wollten nur ein feines Dessert geniessen. Ganz klar hiess es, dass nur die Glacékarte zur Auswahl steht - also keine hausgemachten Spezialitäten wenn man nur Desserts will. Die Bedienung vom 3. August versuchte eine Ausnahme zu machen, wurde aber vom anderen Servierpersonal gebremst. Wir sind enttäuscht und empfinden das Ganze als absolute Frechheit!
