"the worst hotel I've ever seen! we were so excited to go for a few days in fitz roy hôtel to val thorens and we were even more excited to know that the hotel was completely renovated. we arrived at the hotel and from the beginning the problems began. 1.The recipe could not have found our reservation so that after a few minutes I decided to show my reservation confirmation on my phone to the receptorists, it is only that I realized that she did not speak English so that she could not find our reservation and could not understand us. 2. the room that was supposed to be renovated was a total catastrophe. no wlan, no tw, because the tw was a projector, but of course it didn't work properly because it wasn't connected to the wifi, the door was not properly locked and the water from the shower was brown and cold! 3.The restaurant was a total chaos, the service was chaotic and the manager I guess a woman was terrible rude and arrogant, but eating was really good. 4.The bar, the bartender did not know how to make a simple classic cocktail and had to look for the recipe on his phone. 5.We have addressed all these problems to the director and it seemed completely lost and panic, which is completely understandable when they know how bad this hôtel is) but absolutely nothing has been fixed and improved! we paid for a 5-star hotel and had hardly the service and the stations of a 2* hotel! run away! the first and last time!"
