Not as good as I expected, esp for a three-star michilin restaurant. Aspects that disappoits me (compared to other three-star restaurants) include it's subpar service Ver carta

The ambiance and service are both great. Langouste is delicious, but most of the seasonings in the lunch set are sour. It always feels sour and sour. I don’t understand why it is paired like this.

I recommend....I had the chance to have lunch in this great restaurant and to discover .des mets incredible. real a beautiful discovery, and the staff is welcoming, professional and pleasant. I strongly recommend.

The gastronomic experience is simply fabulous, creative, without turning away on the quality of the products. the chef expresses what the terroir and the trip have better to offer. The service is in small care without being guinated. the best starred restaurant I’ve made so far. Ver carta

We took the menu tasting in services, an exceptional trip, incredible flavours, a crazy finesse and often unpublished. The whole with a perfect service as it should be and a very cozy setting. Even if I’m not an absolute fan of the garcia jacque style, here it’s not too loaded. Prices in accordance with quality and standing, but frankly for a michelin we have a value of very good quality/price for the category. A great discovery...

Une chance de pouvoir déjeuner dans un pareil endroit : le décor ,la vaisselle, le personnel, les plats proposés, tout est exceptionnel. Même la fameuse carotte farcie à la carotte est incroyable de saveur originale ! Le seul petit point négatif, l'enchaînement des plats un peu rapide,des petites pauses seraient bienvenues pour integrer tout le plaisir contenu dans le plat précédent. Bravo.21/20 me semble être la note minimum Hâte de revenir dans ce lieu unique Merci

We spent an excellent lunch starting at the bar with cocktails that deserve the detour. the human-sized room has everything to please dishes at the table. the staff is listening and attentive and the leader has been able to adapt to a food allergy. We have taken the menu in dishes and wine accompaniment and we highly recommend it. explosion of flavours in the mouth, with the pleasure of having clues on dishes through a passport that brings together all the main products. a we try to find out which ingredient will be highlighted in the next dish that makes us travel around the world. in a word bravo.
