Not as good as I expected, esp for a three-star michilin restaurant. Aspects that disappoits me (compared to other three-star restaurants) include it's subpar service

The ambiance and service are both great. Langouste is delicious, but most of the seasonings in the lunch set are sour. It always feels sour and sour. I don’t understand why it is paired like this.

The service and food is phenomenal. By far one of the best French restaurants in the entire country. This restaurant’s taste, presentation and staff are the true meaning of a 3 star Michelin restaurant.

Amazing experience! The menu was incredibly refined and delicious, the service was impeccable, the ambience beautiful. One of the best culinary experiences I've had in the past years. Third Michelin star well deserved!

We had never been to a three star Michelin restaurant and were concerned that it would not be an experience that we thought worth the money. However could not be more wrong , I highly highly highly recommend enjoying a tremendous experience and meal like the one we had at Le Gabriel

Une chance de pouvoir déjeuner dans un pareil endroit : le décor ,la vaisselle, le personnel, les plats proposés, tout est exceptionnel. Même la fameuse carotte farcie à la carotte est incroyable de saveur originale ! Le seul petit point négatif, l'enchaînement des plats un peu rapide,des petites pauses seraient bienvenues pour integrer tout le plaisir contenu dans le plat précédent. Bravo.21/20 me semble être la note minimum Hâte de revenir dans ce lieu unique Merci

Belle découverte, testé plusieurs fois en repas d'affaire, du coup j'y suis retourné en couple et en famille!Jérôme Banctel assure le show avec une cuisine inventive, créative et d'un niveau de qualité digne d'un trois étoiles (peut-être pour le prochain palmarès!)Des entrées au dessert, un sans-faute avec un raffinement de tous les instants.Une équipe aux petits soins (en partie importée d'Epicure au Bristol), une expérience fantastique.Définitivement LA table à essayer cette année à paris.

I have blessed that I put 20 Michelin 2 3 into operation in Paris for a period of 2 decades. Nobody has food like Le Gabriel. The surrounding area is lush and welcoming. The service is beyond accusations, the employees immediately make you realize that they do everything to experience you an occasion just as you wish. The food, of course the food, each of the 6 or 7 times l were at present perhaps the best meal of my life and the 18th April, 2023 was no exception. Familiar life-changing preps combined with new recipes made my wife and l moan repeated. I sincerely hope I can go back to my next trip to Paris. Merci Le Gabriel

The service was remarkable, We had wonderful hors d'oeuvre, a fabulous artichoke first course, and a magical stuffed coffee meringue for dessert. I loved the olive oil ice cube, and the well counselled wine selection. Unfortunately we we seated outside next to a table of smokers, when one finished the other started, with no sense it might bother anyone. the staff evetntually found a way to move them, but about half our meal was over. It didn't quite spoil the meal but came close. I was disappointed to be served mackerel for the fish dish, one of the cheapest fishes at the market, it was esrved with remarkable stuffed tomatoes the truffle seasoned poularde was without any perfume of truffle,...
