"the biased to select fresh, seasonal and local products as much as possible is not so simple in this region of high alps. Nevertheless, the benoît bertrand and his wife decided to take up this challenge to "the bucket" which, as his name does not let him guess, will not serve you nor crêpe nor galette! the gourmet card and regularly renewed will seduce you as much as it surprises you very pleasantly. from the fun mouth surprise to the peas until dessert it is a ravishing for our taste buds. for the entrance the cold soup of watermelon with melon balls, the tomato/basilic sorbet deliciously raised from a whipped wazabi. the lamb shoulder of the honey roasted alps and gabled onions with the mauresque juice. perfect cooking to make jealously boil the 8 o'clock gigot. Accompanied with a glass of organic red wine treilloux of the high alps. a assortment of fresh fruit and wild berries in a light syrup for dessert. I admit, I had no appetite for greed after this wonderful meal.Vegetarian dishes are also available. Here, I will come back with the next time to make discover the tasty, delicate and colorful cuisine that enchanted me. "From the outside it looks like a cheap Kebab restaurant but don't let that fool you. The food they serve is really good! Fresh ingredients, great flavors and served in an original way on hot plates. The starter of the house (mix) was excellent. Try the red Tresbaudon wine (20eur), it's really good. After your meal, you are presented some Saké in funny glasses :) very nice to end your evening.We would recommend this place to everyone !"

"L'accueil est chaleureux, convivial. Le cadre est simple mais à la décoration sobre et raffinée, on s'y sent de suite très bien. La salle n'est pas surchargée de tables (il vaut mieux réserver) ce qui preserve une certaine intimité. La carte est variée avec les spécialités de montagnes (mais pas uniquement) et tout est fait maison il faut le souligner ! Très belle présentation, quantité assurée ! Le restaurant est tenu par un jeune couple très sympathique, compétent et dynamique, monsieur en cuisine et madame au service avec une efficacité étonnante ! A plusieurs reprises nous avons pu déguster les différentes créations du cuisinier, et nous nous sommes toujours régalés ! Ce restaurant est une valeur sûre, quand on l'a trouvé, on y retourne à coup sûr !"
