Relays to the old, in its juice.Proposes a complete formula to 13 €: Garbure, entry (charcuterie, crudities, mixed salad, beef language), dish (steak, chicken, duck sauté, sausage), dessert ( basque cake, caramel cream, fruit salad). Cooking well prepared, seasoned, but the duck and its white beans were too salty to my taste.
