first experience since the owner change we loved a lot. Not only were we not disappointed but rather, we were delighted: the brother at the service and the sister at the furnaces are powerful. my persiled serrano ham was a delight and my unctuous marengo calf like the purée that accompanied her. the different salted pies were appreciated by other guests as well as the beef carpaccio. the coast of the rhône perfectly accompanied all these delicious dishes.
