Walking in the Tarnes Bastides ... we landed at the time of lunch in Castelnau de Montmiral. Seeing that Pastel Herard Garrigues’ former chef was at the restaurant’s order, we could only make a gourmet stop! What a fine kitchen! The flowers throughout the meal were a bellle discovered. Dinner on Sunday in September. The price is worth a visit. Two menus but the chosen menu is for the whole problem. This can be a certain brake. Otherwise in terms of flavours and quality it is excellent. Enjoy your taste. Which doesn't ruin anything, restaurant in a charming village. Beautiful restaurant and very well received. We recommend.
