Pour l’instant, c’est de le meilleur restaurant de la station, et je pense...un des meilleures que j’ai eu l’occasion de visiter. This place is just extraordinary, service is just amazing, the restaurant director or restaurant manager is just a great professional that is passionate about his work, he is welcoming the guests with very high standards, very friendly and trying to do his best to adapt any special requests. I have been in many different 5 stars hotels or good restaurants, but I would rate this one on the top 3 for sure or even the best one. The food just excellent, cannot be explained, you need to try, but for sure the chef is very creative that give an unforgettable experience."

Beautiful view, friendly staff delicious food. The lunch menu of the day was incredible and cannot wait to try the evening menu! One of the best restaurants in the region.

Il ristorante 5 stelle dove ogni due giorni cambiano gli stuzzichini... per cominciare un assaggio di finissimo granchio e merluzzo con fiori di montagna.. e per finire una mousse alla fragola ed un soufflé al Grand Marnier davvero unico! Da provare assolutamente Ver carta

Le restaurant était presque privé. Accueil agréable, personnel attentif, mais devant prendre plus d'assurance. Tous les plats et les intermèdes sont excellents. Le moment glacé est un peu complexe. Les vins sont bien adaptés. La conclusion en douceur est toujours éblouissante.

My husband and I celebrated Valentine's Day belatedly by treating ourselves to the gastronomic dinner at the Chef's table, situated bang in the middle of the kitchen. The food was fantastic, the service excellent and being able to watch from up close the food being prepared was the best. Will definitely come again.

We were there twice for lunch recently. Food, service and the panorama were 1st class. Unfortunately due to the Coronovirus outbreak the restaurant is now closed until mid June as informed. The owner came to say hello and goodbye, what a lovely gentleman. Very sad...situation for all...Good luck and hope to see you guys again soon in June, can't wait ; Ver carta

We arrived on a rainy evening, the clouds were gathering, but we still had a wonderful view. I'm not sure how to describe the food, but each dish was just so tasty. The presentation was artistic, and not overdone. I had the egg, sounds simple, but was anything but. My companions each had the fish. Have I mentioned that everything was so good? Service was professional and attentive. Had the snicker desert. Wow!

Had several meals here over a 3 night stay with family in late July. Breakfast best omelette I think I’ve ever had. Egg whites w/cheese; bacon on the side. Delish! Lots of other options including pastries, crepes, lox, fruit, etc. more extensive menu than...any other place I visited in Switzerland. Snacks excellent wine list full bar. Caesar salad w/chicken hit the spot. Dinner not surprised this restaurant has Michelin distinction! 5 adults 2 kids we all did the tasting menu wine pairings (for the adults! sitting at a window table. I think it was the “why visit the sea” one. Every dish was better than the last. Corn, melon, wagyu, arctic char are standouts for me. Thank you for the outstand...
