"A very nice experience Accompanied by relatives who have sung the praises of this establishment, we decided on a Friday evening to try the experience in our turn. And what experience! The establishment nestled on the edge of a lake, in the middle of the woods of the Dordogne, it is in an interior setting as a very charming exterior that we had the pleasure of having dinner. Inside: a simple and warm decoration, a calm and cozy atmosphere awaits us. We were greeted with the smile, the quality of the service is quite remarkable, impeccable outfit, very pleasant elocution at the time of the explanation of the dishes, great attention to the replenishment whether it be in drink, bread or other and especially really very pleasant people! The waiting between the dishes was quite correct, neither too long nor too short! What to say now! First of all, the stated promise of entry is kept: “the love of good and well done.” Enjoying a dinner in this restaurant is a real experience! Although we have chosen the simplest menu, each dishes has been a wonder and that, whether visually or even gustatively! We feel the work provided behind each plate, whether in relation to the local origin of the product, their seasonality, their very surprising and delicious association, their sublimated aromas and their high color, flavor and texture presentations! The amount of dishes, put in the mouth, mignardises and quality are more than at the height of the price that for its part is much more than correct! Experience was a real treat from end to end! Food is irreproachable, but it is vegetarian. I wish you had a vegetarian menu. It gives a lot of choice and I know you could offer incredible dishes. I'm sure there's a request.

We had a very good time at the Moulin du Grand Etang: the atmosphere was cozy and warm and the excellent dishes. We enjoyed the different refined and original flavours. The team vegetated its proposal for me, who's a vegetarian and I've enjoyed it.

The restaurant is located in a picturesque setting by the pond Saint Estèphe. The service is excellent with the waitress explaining the complexity of the dishes. The menu of the day meal ( Moulin menu) is highly recommended. The servings for the three dishes are ideal, the foods are cooked to perfection and the mix of flavors and textures is superb. Highly recommended!

an exceptional dinner in this restaurant. the dishes are delicately and wonderfully presented in very original plates. The flavors are beautiful, the assemblies are subtle. the service was performed with a lot of class and the explanations were accurately given by the server and waitress. Congratulations to the cook and pastry chef for their inventiveness and the quality of their presentations. If it was possible, I would gladly put stars instead of the moment: very nicely decorated room with a lot of taste.
