"Compared to other branches in other cities, the Zürich branch is more or less similar except we have noticed that quantities were smaller and especially when weighed against the cost.. this could account for the fact that it is less busy.. nothing new was added in the item menu just the regular dishes.. not much was on display as for pastries and breads.. there is ample room for improvement in atmosphere, quality, quantity and variations.."

I remember that it was a bit expensive, but tasty and quick service I like that they are showing a bit a French look for the pastry, that makes you have good impression of the original French cousin

Nice breakfast, lot of options, but coffee is really disappointing. They have a proper machine but you could tell that there are no proper Batista's making the coffee (milk is not properly steamed, flat white tastes like a cappucino etc.

Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CHF 20–30 Vegetarian options: sehr wenig Auswahl Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Paid parking lot, Parking is unavailable Ver carta

Great for a snack or light brunch. Attentive service and a bustling atmosphere made it an attractive place to choose. It's an inexpensive place to enjoy meeting friends or just sitting down with your laptop. There are lovely healthy options on the menu & a great range of drinks. Definitely recommend it for a lovely place to stop for a lunchtime break.

Everything ok so so, but can be improved. Waitresses seem sometimes not to be able to remember orders....... but very friendly service. Good location and interesting way to serve coffee in a bowl. Only problem is that in some places at the back when there is a hot day there appears to be some insects or flies ......오직 문제는 뒤쪽의 더운 날이있는 곳에서 곤충이나 파리가있는 것처럼 보입니다.

Used to be a nuce place for brunch! Now its just chaotic, service is slow and sloppy, and the food is overpriced and the quality declined. The croissant used to be fragrant like the one of Montmartre, now they are probably freezed. The coffee is also gotten worst. I used to live the place 5-6 years ago, now it’s absolutely not worth it. Go to Montmartre instead! Ver carta

Severely overrated and overpriced. Scrambled eggs were served cold and unfortunately reminded of hotel food instead of a nice bakery-restaurant. Eggs-Benedict-nature (no ham) was first served with ham, then without sauce and on a poor piece of bread. The price at the end did not make sense. If I visit again, i will need some convincing to order anything more than a coffee.

We were looking for a breakfast place midweek, which is a little difficult in Zürich, but we found this place, and loved it. The bread is organic and delicious, and the coffee was served French style in a small or a big bowl, which is very comforting. We like soya milk, which was available (unusual for Zürich), and the staff were very helpful, kind and accommodating. Food was great.

"This is my fav Italian joint in Zurich. La Famiglia Tremonte is a small, family run cafe-restaurant that serves excellent and authentic Italian food at prices that are low compared to the norm in Zurich.Famiglia Tremonte is rather inconspicuously located at the corner of Zurlindenstrasse and Birmensdorferstrasse, a couple of doors away from The Desperado Mexican Restaurant. You might need to look for it a little: I lived practically next door and did not notice it for almost a year, and even then a friend had to point it out to me.The restaurant is mostly a takeout with very little seating, i.e. 7 people inside, and when the weather is goo, about 5 people outside. The ambience is basic but, like most things in Switzerland, the interiors are very clean. Staff and service are very goo. The food here is awesome! Authentic Italian fare that is probably heavily influenced by Sicilian tradition since that is where the family is from. I used to visit almost every day because the food tastes great and the prices are so low for Zurich. I have tried almost everything: several pasta dishes, polpettine, stuffed bell peppers, meatloaf, piadina, and of course, the fabulously tasty and hot chilli infused EVOO. I enjoyed every dish I ordered. Great stuff! I strongly recommend the super-hot chilli infused EVOO as a seasoning for almost all dishes, but especially the pasta dishes that come in a cream sauce. Please be careful with chilli EVOO: 0.5 tbsp. for noobs, and a max. of 2 tbsp. for those who like it hot. The chilli EVOO, when used appropriately, adds great flavour to your dish. The piadina is the best I have eaten - period. I have been all over the world, spent a lot of time in Italy and New York (: great place for Italian food lovers :), and I still think this is the best piadina ever. They also serve some nice Italian desserts -- I've tried a few but have forgotten the names. They also have a small selection of Italian ingredients for sale. I bought the pesto and was happy with it. You also get a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic Italian drinks to go with the food.Prices are relatively low by Zurich standards: I rarely ever ate for more than CHF 15, and if I skipped the drinks it was usually around CHF 10. Of course, this varies a bit according to what you order.Highly recommended. Glad I found this place. Great for office workers in the vicinity."
